Who does not know the sense of achievement to reach a summit or a very special excursion destination - in the past you could collect stamps on numerous summits and exchange them for a hiking pin in the valley.
Today it's much easier! Simply download the free app Summitlynx on your smartphone, register and start collecting "summits" all over Austria. In the Seckau Alps, Gleinalpe and Stubalpe you can now also collect for the hiking pins of the Spielberg region diligently and pick up the bronze, silver or gold hiking pin at our tourist office.
So check right away which peaks, huts and destinations are rewarded with points for your hiking pin.
We have also included numerous easy-to-reach points for families - so you can also go on a point hunt with the youngest and soon get the bronze pin for pleasure hikers.
How it works
Simply open the app at the destination you have reached and confirm the location (also possible without internet reception). The best thing is to upload a photo and let us know how much you like the destination.
