Spend a few cozy days on my horse farm, in a very quiet, slightly secluded and idyllic location, but still central.
As the crow flies to the Red Bull Ring it is just 4 km. A golf course, the Aqualux Therme Fohnsdorf, as well as several ski and hiking areas are within easy reach. Furthermore, there are some beautiful estates of Mr. Dietrich Mateschitz in the Murtal to admire. With a short walk from my farm, for example, the G'Schlössl Murtal with its idyllic castle park is accessible. But also the industry is strongly represented in the Murtal and possibly my accommodation could be excellent for you for business trips.
Also weekend commuters, mechanics, as well as seasonal workers are welcome and get a special price by arrangement.
For motorcyclists there is a parking space available. For cars several parking places. Grill fans is a grill in the garden excl. grill equipment ready.
Furthermore, a pavilion can be used. Animals must stay out of the house, but it will be possible to find a suitable place for your pet at the farm.
In the immediate vicinity is also the Murradweg. (300 meters away)
More detailed information about the accommodation: The entrance is equipped with code lock and the combination will be assigned to you individually. After the entrance there is a wardrobe. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, egg boiler, as well as dishes, cutlery, dishwasher etc. A table in the kitchen as well as in the rooms, invites you to eat, as well as to stay or do office work. WLAN can be used free of charge. In each room there is also a TV for comfortable hours. Room 1 has a box spring bed, a sleep coach as an extra bed, a table and a large chest. Room 2 offers two single beds, which can be pushed together to a double bed if necessary. A table, box as well as a TV are also standard as in room 1. Both rooms are located next to the centrally located kitchen. These rooms can be booked together as an apartment or as a single room.
Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower and an extra toilet. If desired, an extra bathroom and toilet can be offered for each room.
Room 3 is located down the stairs below the previously mentioned apartment rooms. This room offers a lot of space, is equipped with single beds or pushed together as a double bed and is like room 1 and 2 completely newly furnished. A TV as well as table and closet are again standard. The bathroom and toilet are on apartment level.
Should room 4 also be needed, it can be found on the 1st floor and is equipped with a huge closet, a large double bed, TV and a balcony. The bathroom and toilet are located one floor below.
The accommodation is felxible bookable and can be booked with room, central kitchen, private bathroom and toilet, as well as an apartment. Just ask for your individual offer.
Minimum stay is 3 nights, from 5 nights the price is cheaper. During big events other prices are valid.
For events, a transfer to and from the venue can be offered if needed. On request in advance, breakfast is also offered. However, it is also possible to consume breakfast at the surrounding inns. An in-house water source is available for drinking water.
